"Excellent"

The room was comfortable and roomy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me at short notice. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. Even though I didn’t use the room service it was nice to know it was available. Well located by shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location, probably best in city for access to the beach and park area .

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Autumn on front best was amazing, so polite, professional and helpful. If you want a great vacation you should stay here

My husband experienced a terrible allergic reaction while staying here. The only thing my husband is allergic to is cats so we aren’t sure if there was a pet that was previously in this room. Room was basic and the walls are very thin. You can hear the people talking in the room next to you.

Great option if you’re visiting the lake. Right next to London bridge, rooms are very clean, pool was clean, and the breakfast was the best part. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
