Great location, within walking distance of the village and the London Bridge and the Rotary Park which is lakeside.

Room smelled like urine, possible dog pee in the corners? Just about everything was in some state of disrepair. I normally trust Quality to be inexpensive but clean and acceptable, this property was not. Towels were thin and scarce (one face towel for two people). Not many other travelers when we arrived but we were given a bottom floor room instead of a nicer upstairs one that would have had a better view and would have been a little quieter.

The staff was rude it takes 2 hours to get your food takes way too long to get your drink the bathtub smells like sewage as goes for the water coming out of it and the sink. There's people living there. It's not clean.

This is the first bad review I have ever written, and I travel a lot.. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice, but she said she wasn't sure if the restaurant would open because she wasn't sure if the cook would be in. We did find later that their restaurant was open so we ordered dinner. It took 2 hours for them to get orders to our group of 9, and 2 never received their orders so they canceled and left hungry. The floor in our room was filthy. The next morning, my husband found the men's bathroom in the lobby was covered with vomit and excrement and when he told the early morning receptionist about it she said it would be a while before the cleaning crew could come in to clean I felt bad for the few employees who were working there, as they were overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the volume of guests. The place is understaffed and very poorly managed. Im writing this in hopes that management will take care of these problems.
