Ramada by Wyndham Pikesville/Baltimore North

The rooms are very old with stains, holes in the walls, horrible, dark decor. Not enough lighting, electricity or chairs. Everything looks damaged or stained. Analog t.v. only and limited internet. Toilets and sinks clogged. Ugly and depressing. Office staff friendly and helpful. Repairs took a long time.

Absolutely dreadful experience! Ramada/Wyndham should be ashamed to have their names anywhere near this hotel! Dirty, Disgusting, Dreadful, Depressing! The bedding, the bath, the broken curtains, the OLD matted carpet and Plenty more! The safe doesn't work, there are no clothes-hangers, the whole room is scary! A breakfast is promised on the website - hasn't been offered since Covid! How Dare they say there is Breakfast - and FREE! It is non-existent! And the list goes on! The hotels THIRD DEAD Body was discovered in a room 2 away from mine! The ONLY thing holding this hotel together is that the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly! I felt very sorry for them!

Absolute horror!!! It was reserved for my girl and she had to be moved 3 times before she felt "ok" I called Hotels.com who called the Ramada and they refused to comp her with half the money back for the inconvenience. The lamp has no prong plug on it. Heat not working in 20-degree weather and a blanket was brought to the room personally by their staff with blood stains.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Never seen any like this. The worst hotel

I didn't like the fact it was dirty you can tell the room wasn't vacuumed out because of the dust buildup and it was holes in the walls

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Outlet in bathroom didnt work. No trash can. No hangers. Safe broken. Didn't clean room until after I left. AC didn't work. Called multiple times but service was poor. Drunks and parties woke me up.

It was terrible. Ceiling leaked, blinds were torn and didnt close all the way, staircaes smelled of pee, dirty sheets, etc.

The health department need to shut this place down. Staff are rude. They do not go e you towels and wash clothes in your room. You have to ask 100 times to get clean towels and wash clothes. They bed was broke leaning on the floor. Bugs everywhere.

I thought I was staying in a 90’s motel. They were stains and holes in the linens. (Bed sheets and pillow cases) Dirty door and walls. No closet, bad lighting, dirty draws, ironing board and iron stores in the corner of the bathroom. No towels or wash clothes in the room. Fridge and microwave placed on top of the dresser. Staff was not present when I arrived and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to return. Everything at this property needs to be upgraded. Terrible.
