Staff was very helpful and polite

Services terrible Beg Bugs and roaches in room!! No clean towels or wash rags bathroom horrible and dirty!!!!!

Carpet was old and needed cleaning, TV did not work. No trash can in room. Stayed 3 night, and no maid service. Only 2 towels, no wash cloth or small towels. Towel rack broken with no bar. Tub stained.

Was locked out of my room for 2 hours because, the key car in which, was giving to me stopped working. The master key didn't work either. I had to wait in my car until the machine charged up. For them to reactivate. Poor place. A couple was also arguing very loud. I was afraid i couldn't get into the room. This place is dangerous no security insite.

Dirty rooms and key cards don't work. Locked out the room

This place is bad. Not one to give reviews but it’s terrible. I went across the street to the Hilton. More money but way better.

More room for improvement.

Internet wifi was mostly unavailability. Cleaning staff not respectful and unresponsive. Not a hospitable environment.

Staff not hospitable and disrespectful. Place is not welcoming. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Generally filthy property in need of new ownership. Remarkably, no towels in the room even after requesting them. Target was an easy walk to buy some but it added $30 to the cost of my stay. No breakfast despite what they advertise. On site restaurant was closed and filled with dirty mattresses. Water damaged ceilings and walls in my room and a weird musty cigarette smell. No blanket or comforter on the bed, just a top sheet. Stained sheets and carpet. No hangers in the "closet." Wobbly and loose fixture in the bathtub. Sink had a slow drain. And for whatever reason, there was one positive. The landscaping was nice.
