Horrible. Filthy outside and inside. Roach traps and roaches. No breakfast. No swimming pool. Unsafe.

Absolutely disgusting

Everything about this place was horrible, no hot water, toilet wouldn’t flush, shower was disgusting, old soap from previous guests left in the shower. I just needed a couple hours of rest before getting back on the road and needed something cheap but this is by far the worst. 😖😖😖😖

Run down, poor customer service, never changed linen, or towels, old mattresses, out dated fixtures, non working pool, looks like a hotel that charges by the hour.

Booked three rooms in this hotel in Baltimore. Arrived to find that the hotel was principally for weekly tenants who may have been placed there by City agencies. The front desk was separated from the lobby by secure plexiglass protective panels. No towels or toilet tissue in our rooms. Mouse traps under the beds. Dangerous experience. Traveling with 3 young children. Left immediately. Hotel refused to provide any refund via hotels.com. or make any direct contact with us. The listing of the property on the hotels.com site led one to believe that the property was acceptable. It's not. Would never book a stay with this hotel.

We only stayed one night due to the AC not working at all in the room. No blankets for the beds at all, mold in the bath tub.

Beds had bed bugs and the room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Three cops were in the parking lot one night we stayed there -- seemed generally unsafe.

Dirty rooms particularly the bathrooms. We had three rooms. No towels. No toilet paper. Mousetraps under the beds. Front desk attendant behind a protective barrier. None of this anticipated. This should not be on a hotels.com list. I am going to seek a full refund. We left right after seeing the rooms.
