Was dingy the outside smelled like pee the selling was falling in the shower the shower floor was coming up and peeling the wash clothes and towels where all old I went and brought some new ones from the target. People outside all night like the projects. Crack heads making noise all night slamming doors and arguing. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there

A total disaster. We had a decent room on 5/24/2023, but no breakfast due to renovations. When I made this recent reservation I assumed there would be breakfast, still renovating. The assigned room #103 was a disaster. We needed to enter via room #101, since the door to #103 was bolted shut. There was one hand towel and one wash cloth and no soap, I went back to front desk to get the towels and soap. As it got dark we could not turn on any of the room lights (other than the bathroom). I phoned the front desk and the manager told me that she come to the room. Since she could not get the lights to turn on she would get new bulbs. While she was there, and since I was concerned about the security deposit, I pointed out all of the missing drawer handles and broken wall fixtures. After we came back from dinner the lights still were not working, so we left the bathroom light on. The bed had a was made with a sheet, covered with a blanket, covered by a sheet. We reversed the upper blanket and sheet. The bathtub was filthy looking (peeling paint(?). and black splotches) and very slippery (no slip protections). The towel rack was missing. After entering the bathroom and pushing the door shut, there was no way of opening the door, since there was no hardware on the door. I needed to yell for my wife to push the door open. Of course I took photos to illustrate and prove what I tried to describe. I will be composing reviews to post and report this fraud, health and safety hazards to the proper government agencies.

No clean towels, tv or phone did not work. Hair all over the supposed clean bed. Tub dirty with a ring. Smoke detectors had paper around it. Truly a disappointment.

This location was horrible. Definition of a crack house. I have no photos because I left immediately and had to book another hotel. Bathroom had severe water damage ceiling was caving in. Roaches and flies all over the place. The lock was broken, sheets we dirty and the room smelled like urine.

The place had shady characters living there..and... We were double booked! People were in the room that we were assigned to. We had to leave. I need my money to be refunded

The motel is run down. Room was not clean and not prepared for guests. There were no towels and no blanket or bedspread on the bed. The bathtub had not been cleaned. Also no rubber safety mat for the tub. Room needs fresh coat of paint. Pillows are old and lumpy.

Not a good experience. No towls in the bathroom, 1 sheet on the bed to cover yourself with, the pool was covered up

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY ESPECIALLY THE TUB WAS UNFIT TO BATHE. I HAD TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM MYSELF. MORNING STAFF PERSON WAS VERY RUDE

Room was smelly, curtains appeared stained, and hotel grounds and buildings were unkempt. Seemed sketchy all around. Plaque on wall at reception noted it was independently owned. (So not a Ramada property). Key envelope said Motel 8. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and conveyed an immediate refund confirmation to Expedia. I was grateful for that.

The staff working the front desk was good, they were pleasant, easygoing, and seemed to do their best to address issues promptly. My main issue was the cleanliness of the rooms. First, I was given a key to one room but when I entered that room it hadn't been serviced in any way following the previous guest, there was trash various cans and beer bottles on the floor. Secondly, I was told that was a mistake and was given another room. That room was clean and appeared to be serviced prior to me checking in, but what I noticed was that there was no trash can in the unit.
