Clarion Pointe Downtown Gatlinburg

I like where it was located and the lobby area was very nice

The rooms were ok but can get a better up grade and the outside of the property needs a upgrade and the breakfast was pretty good but could more of a variety of other items to choose from like adding breakfast potatoes and bacon to the menu

Location and the view and the beds and staff were all great!

Bathroom needs some updating.

Close to the strip

The tv remote didn't work on TV and the ac was broken 2 nights had get different room and staff didn't even tell manager 🙄

Location was not easy to maneuver with a wheel chair! Parking was terrible only 1 handicap spot by the rooms

De locatie was perfect! Het buitenzwembad was al open, dat was een fijne verrassing. Het ontbijt was ook goed voor Amerikaanse begrippen.

Het had her en der wel een goeie wchoonmaakbeurt nodig, maar voor het geld wat we betaald hebben mogen we absoluut niet klagen.

On (4-12)When we arrived the man at the front desk was very nice and informative. Once we got to the room and got everything unpacked my husband took a shower and we noticed the bath room floor was soaking wet se we had to use towels to dry it up. On (4-13) we took showers and realized there was definitely a leak and had soak our clothes in the bed room where it had ran all the way from the bathroom to the bedroom. We brought it up to the supervisor and she let us change room and I asked if maybe we could get a discount or something since the leak soaked our clothes, she was very rude and told us there was no way she would give us our money back. Pictures below our the room where it soaked everything. Plus the new room we moved into the toilet was not clean as u can see on the back of the toilet in the pictures below. Overall very disappointed in our stay and the rudeness from the manager

Liked the variety of the breakfast (eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, breads). Would also like to personally appreciate Shane who was there at the front desk during our stay. He was very cordial and got us going very quickly and also was available during evening time

Felt the property was miss managed certainly short staffed, breakfast area got messy during rush time. The person at front was helping to fill up the items got finished regularly which left of guests leaving the breakfast without having anything
