Clarion Pointe Downtown Gatlinburg

Not much, it was a two building hotel that felt more like a motel, it was dirty, and a lot of stuff was broken

We had to be moved to a different room cause the shower was broken, we then had a room that was dirty, the shower had someone else’s hair, the shower was leaking, the cleaning people left our door open when they came to the room, and they started loud construction the next day on the room they moved us from. That room was right next door.

The lobby was pretty

How to park far from our rooms. Toilet was dirty. When my husband lifted the lid to pee, there was poop on the rim. The door wouldn’t shut properly so I was worried someone could get into our room. There is no overhead light. It’s only two small lamps so the lighting was not great at all. The bathroom floors were dirty, and there was hair on our bed.

Location is very good! Walking distance to everything

There is no elevator all the way to breakfast area

Bed was comfy.

Our fridge didn't work when I got to my room, next day maintenance guy unlocked the door, never even knocked before entering my room, I was only in a towel. That was unprofessional.

Location to the strip

The room smelled terrible like moldy hotdog water and was just run down overall. Their attempt to update the anesthetic is the equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig. The open shower concept is absolutely dumb too.

The evening desk person was nice

The hotel was filthy and needed several repairs I would not stay here again mold and stains from leaks on the ceiling bathroom door broke with hair hanging from it bathroom sink was broke and sprayed everywhere elevator was sketchy and no inspection showing
