It was a vibe

Location. Homeless were very prevalent. I heard homeless men banging on our door and it was very disturbing. Other than that, it was nice. Our room was clean and the tv worked very well. Overall, would come back again

I was told that breakfast was not included even though it was indicated on booking.com when I booked the stay that it would be provided. There were burn holes in the sheets because the cheapest room was a smoking room. Truthfully, the smell wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but it wasn't great. The microwave and everything there was dirty. The AC dripped constantly, but the plumbing was fine, the lighting was good, and it wasn't too noisy.

The door had been busted in. No deadbolt bc of it that. The staff was very unfriendly. Very hard to work with. We did not stay. And they did not give us a refund

The hotel was disgusting inside the receptionist, very rude, and the rooms were very dirty no breakfast. As mentioned, no swimming pool very noisy

left 2 days early because your website lied about certain amenities, and it was in the ghetto, drug addicts on every corner, felt like we were gonna be robbed at any minute, asked for a refund but apparently I needed to pay a fee before I got my money back, I didn't have the extra money to pay a fee just to get a refund, what kinda scam is this bullshit. I have never, ever payed a fee in order to get a refund. I left to days early but payed for 3 days. Scammed me out of my money. I will make sure no one ever uses your website ever again, it might take so time but this website days are numbered and I'll make sure of that. You guys ruined what was supposed to be a great stay in colorado. To have to go to a funeral while leaving our stuff in a hotel to be potentially robbed in the ghetto and not getting my refund. I hope u guys go to hell.

This motel is in the bad part of town. However, it wasn't too bad. I didn't have any problems. Just be aware the area might not be comfortable. The room was clean but a bit run down. It was ok for the cost. They require a $50 refundable security deposit. It was refunded within 2 days of my departure.
