"Location is Sketch but Value is Hard to Beat"

It's an older motel court, with the rooms open to the outside, so you can usually park in front of your room. It had a king bed and refrigerator with freezer(but mine needed defrosting badly), environmantal control was a combo AC/heater that was QUITE adequate! Bed was comfortable with a simple duvet cover. Good lighting and a nice TV.. As for security, the front door had two locking systems and that was good.

The flooring was basically an indoor/outdoor thin covering
