I did go to the laundry. Generally the hotel was very clean. But no small paste and disposable toothbrush. Or toothbrush because other hotels i have been to they have them. Nice people very welcoming and clean and beautiful. Thanks . See you another time again and God bless you all 🙏❤️👍

I already addressed the property directly with no response. So, I will share my honest review. These rooms are disgustingly filthy. We went to our first room only to head back down for a new room. The bathroom was filthy, the room had a weird smell. There was hair and a dried contact lens on the bathroom floor. Clearly this wasn’t washed. The bathroom was so old and gross they shouldn’t be offering that room. Front desk agent is delightful and so kind and lovely! She totally understood and explain how they’re mid renovation. Understandable! We got sent to a different room and it was no better. But we paid under $75 for the night so it was a lesson for the kids in “you get what you pay for.” So we stayed in the room and I wiped things down. The fridge and microwave are VERY outdated and fridge is missing knobs and it’s more like a freezer. Budget travel doesn’t mean filthy. I’ve stayed at plenty of incredibly clean budget hotels. There is outdated and there is filthy. This place IS FILTHY. Carpets are gross, there is staining and a burn mark. Either ALL of our chargers and cubes were faulty or most of the outlets didn’t work in the room. There are no blackout curtains. The a/c system is noisy. My kids were stunned. Kids. That dirty. They were grossed out. Breakfast was fine! Location is fine. But the filth IS NOT FINE.

Most courteous front desk I've ever encountered--actually peppered 'please' and 'thank yous' throughout our interaction. Plenty of amenities and the accomodations are in line with the price point. The one caveat is you have to formally request daily housekeeping--staff won't enter occupied rooms otherwise.

Front desk was welcoming, room was clean minus a few shaving hairs in the bathroom sink. Bed was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, there was a dog on my floor that wouldn’t quit barking when I went down to let management know. She said dogs were not allowed but service dogs are and that they will let the manager know. Dog continued to bark until about 9:45 not sure if it continued because I had to sleep with my TV on to drown out the bark to wake up at five for work.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

Bathroom was not as clean. There was hair in the bath.

I booked this hotel because all the reviews seemed pretty positive. We were pretty disappointed when we got to the room though. The floor was dirty and smelt like weed, the chain on one of the curtains was broken off, the bathtub was kinda of gross and there was hair on the ceiling above it.If you are booking for more than 4 people and hoping to use the pull out couch I would go somewhere else, it was not sleep-able and had no cushioning at all. I sat on it and felt only wires, folded it right back up and just laid on the sofa. The only good thing was the service, the cleaning ladies and the front desk were always nice during interactions.
