Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls

Our trip was amazing the town is so beautiful. We shopped and went hiking while we were there. Loved pottery ranch and the food on the lake. Our hotel was perfect clean and lots of room.

AC dripped water for the 2 nights we were there. The ice machine was not working properly - the breakfast was terrible. Specially the egg- I might have gotten sick to It- the pool was nasty!!! We cleaned it ourselves. I always stay at a quality in and this was the worst!! The smell in room was of wetness. There is much more I could say but why bother

It’s a little outdated but very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was plenty with a nice assortment of choices.

Location

Floors in room were dirty tile floors. After we showed and walked barefoot your feet got dirty from dirt/dust on floors. Told front desk attendant at checkout and she said hey mop floors but dirt in tile cracks is what caused the problem. Perhaps they should vacuum floors first and get dirt out of tile cracks then mop to get floor clean. Interior side of door to room was very dirty, had not been wiped clean in a long time. Electrical wall outlet had broken cover, half missing needing replacement. Breakfast was usual offerings.

The front door was broken. When you closed it, it wouldn't latch. We had to request a different toom. The floors were so filthy that the bottoms of our feet were black. That's just nasty.

Our socks were extremely dirty after walking around in socks during our one night stay. Place needs deep cleaning and sweep after guests stay. Will not be back.

The first thing I noticed and appreciated was a nice cold, clean room! That is exactly what we were looking for after a full day of Texas summer baseball. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The pool was perfect for our baseball team. Just like our rooms, the pool was clean and it was very refreshing! I'd recommend this place to anyone!
