Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls

It was a motel and showed up under the listings for hotels. None of the pictures showed it was a motel either.

I had no shower curtain. When I arrived the clerk was outside smoking while her husband was swimming. The floors were not mopped in my room. When I reported things in the morning the morning staff had no customer service skills. Showed no empathy. They did not care about my issue. I just left. I will not return to a Quality Inn again.

The beds feel like you are sleeping on plywood with a sheet on it

I was charged for the room twice, and now I need to wait until the second charge falls off my card. This made our trip very inconvenient. Even though the room was clean, there were so many people just hanging around outside their rooms that it made you feel unsafe. The noise was also all night long with people coming and going. The Air conditioner was also very loud in the room.

Property was fine: did the job for a night sleep, however, the deadbolt was not ripped off the door, seemingly by kicking down the door.
