The price

The entire hotel was hot and smelly, the bathroom door was falling off, the outdoor pool was drained, the hot tub was not hot, and neither was the water in the room.

I didn't like it at all. I will never go back there. They didn't have what they advertised. The beds are all messed up. They had double mattresses on a queen size frame and the frame stuck out. Very dangerous and a safety hazard.

"The hotel was under remodeling and updating during my stay. This was not a problem for me."

There was a strong ammonia like odor near the elevators during my stay and even in the hallway. The laundry area was adjacent to the elevator.

"This hotel should not be on any booking list"

Nothing!

Because of the name of the hotel I chose this hotel and I made a huge mistake. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed! There was no hot water just warm dripping water , 2 days only 2 towels toilet lid wad damaged. The room was dirty and sticky. hotel could care less about guests but making money. There is no water for guests. I took a video before I checked out just to prevent them to chemarge us more. This has to be the worst experience
