Love that it was quite at night. And we sleep great at night.

Wish the pool was a little warmer. And wish they checked the restrooms more in the pool area.

This hotel was a joke. We booked a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told that it was being worked on 01/02/2026. There were never any workers so it was just closed. The parking lot was coated in ice and was never touched which made the driving and walking situation dangerous. The elevator on check out day was broken so we has to carry our things down the steps. When we let the front desk know at check out they were already aware of the problem and didn't even offer an apology. Check your bags because there was a cockroach sighting in my friends room that stayed with us.

The beds were comfortable. Dove brand hygiene items were much appreciated. The room was adequately clean. The front desk staff/Kevin was friendly and helpful. We would stay again once the renovations are completed.

The only drawbacks: The restaurant/bar was not open. We didn't care about the pool but we did miss the hot tub not being available. The arcade and exercise rooms needs some attention. The balcony door was sticking a bit. The heater was loud. Some of the vending machines were out of order or not fully stocked.

The room was very clean as was the front desk area. The bed was very comfortable.

The ice-machine did not work. No coffee maker in the room. I couldn't get the hot water very hot.

Most of the on-site amenities were closed. No pool or hot tub and no restaurant. Would be nice if those things were noted on the website.

Only one elevator works.

Everything, great staff.. everything is clean and you are treated like royalty there.

The bed was cozy, I like the dark colored furniture in room but feel that the floors should be a little darker in color. I also enjoyed the view from the balcony.

oh my, finding hairs in sink, on toilet, in the bath tub, and on the top cover on the bed. I was taking a shower and when it was time to put some Conditioner in my hair. Instead I put Body Lotion in my hair that the Housekeeper put in the shower along with Shampoo and Body Wash..
