"Comfortable Bed & Some Other "Issues""

Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Close to my business location, food options, and Hwy 30. Mostly quiet.

Killed 4 roaches. Cable box needed to be replaced immediately. (Staff handled with a smile. It's only under dislike because I arrived late after flight delay & wanted to rest with "background noise" right away. Rest was "delayed.") 2/5 nights noisy & sketchy other residents both inside and out (adjacent motel & Wyndham guests). Some towels scratchy. Two people attending my event changed hotels due to these issues. Understandable for them.

Location

Elevator broke for over a year. Hot tub and pool area freezing. Pool not in service. Hot tub very dirty. Hotel stunk had nasty smell in all hallways. Staff didn't inform us that pool wasnt working. Definitely worst hotel ive ever stayed at.
