Location was fine.

There were two ice machines on the first floor and neither one was working. A big disappointment.

I'm sure, once upon a time, this was a nice hotel, but it's just poorly maintained. The advertised lounge is not in operation. Its elevator is out of order. The outdoor pavilion is unkept, with cigarette butts all over the place.

The tub plug didn’t work in the shower. I had to stuff washcloths in it to keep the water from going down the drain. The water trickled out of the tub spout as well.

The pool was huge! The arcade area was perfect! The beds were so comfortable and staff were so professional and helpful!

Ice machines didn’t work, toilet didn’t work (my hubby fixed it), no ac in the billiard room, ran out of coffee fast, and the bartenders don’t work because the bar wasn’t open at all during the entire stay.
