"Too costly for what I got."

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue was the cost.

The reason I gave a lower score is because of the cost. I had a medical appointment at 6:45am and I could not drive for 12 hours after the procedure. I left the medical building at 10:30 and wanted a place to stay until 11:00 or 12.00 that evening. Since the ONLY check-in time was after 3:00pm I had to get a a full cost room from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, AND an early checking costing an ADDITIONAL $50.00. When I checked out at around 11:00pm, there were only about 20 vehicles in the parking lot, and this is a 4 story building with maybe 100 rooms. Also, the elevator near the front door was out of service so you had to walk all the way to the rear of the building if you needed to use one and 3/4's of the way to get to my room.

Read the reviews beforehand and a lot of them were not accurate. This hotel is cute place to stay and really friendly staff. Yes does have some flaws but it looks like they are redoing stuff. If you have massively high expectations then stay somewhere else instead of leaving this hotel bad reviews.

Terrible experience! Shower handle was broken. Place Smelled Like a smoker. Dog Prints all over the bed sheets along with some brown stain sheets not a great experience left the hotel went somewhere else.

"Probably won’t be going back."

Honestly the place is ran down. Looks like it was a nice place at one time.

Everything was either broke or closed early. The front elevator was broke. Our fireplace was broken. The outdoor areas fountain didn’t work. The outdoor pool was closed early. Our room had an Oder that was hard to deal with. The public bathroom by the indoor pool was filthy.
