Called corporate. My stay was terrible.

No power in my room. Bed is awfully hard. Found 2 needles under my pillow.

how close it was to my destination.

the key to go into my room didn’t work, it took so many tries before letting us in. the a/c barely functioned and made a loud noise that kept us up at night unless we turned it off. it smelled of mildew upon arrival, there were so many stains on the floor it was gross. we found a large bug on the floor and called the front, they sent someone to change the sheets. the tv was only cable, no clock in the room, no tv guide, no “do not disturb” sign. i wish i had more positive feedback but even the guest service was below average, i felt as though i was NOT welcome, no smiles or kindness just pay and here’s your room key. when i left there was no “how was your stay” either. in fact it says check out is at 11:00 am and by 10:00 am the front desk lady knocked on our day telling us to check out. we said “we thought it was at 11” and she goes “yes you still have time”. so confusing, so bothersome, and so not worth the money spent, will NOT be coming back or recommending this place to ANYONE.

The front desk lady was very rude the whole time from the moment I was checking in didn’t even end up staying because of that I will never stay there again. She needs to be fired

"I was not happy with this hotel. The price outrageous . And the breakfast ends super early."

Location

The room was awful. Carpet is dirty microwave is dirty. Phone is broken. It needs a lot of cleaning and update in everything.The plugs don’t all work. Had to use a different outlet to plug in my hair straightener to do my hair away from the mirror. Wall is dirty. Sink is dirty. And the front office has a weird smell.

The first room ,the bathroom door had holes punched in it the door would not stay shut on the bathroom or lock . The remote for the TV would not work.

"It was okay the only thing we got woken up at 8am since the phone in the room stated ringing but the time we got to it,"
