Close to the convention we went to .

This hotel was such a let down . 1) checking in was awful due to having a low battery lock for our room . So they put us in a different room . 2) new room , found out out door DID LOCK OR CLOSE RIGHT !!! meaning if we pushed the door hard it opened . Meaning ANYONE COULDVE BARGED IN ! security issue right there . Awful locks . 3) misleading on the breakfast ! Not hot , it was sad

Pesimo servicio, el recepcionista no hablaba español, me cobro 100 dolares mas de deposito que no tenia previsto. Espero que me lo devuelva, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido. Poco empatico el personal y no habia desayuno apropiado.

Our room had unmade beds milk and Dr pepper on dresser door handle almost coming off we never even went in. My brother got room next to us and as soon as they shut door their handle came off and they were locked in for while with my youngest child. The manager was super rude yelling we ended up having to go to another hotel.
