Quality Inn I-10 East near Frost Bank Center

Room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. Running the A/C helped some. No soap in the bathroom, just shampoo and conditioner on the wall. The safety latch lock on the front door was broken off and couldn't latch. Also they charged a $100 deposit when staying here. I did not see anything about this when I booked online. The employee told me it can take up to 5 days to get the deposit back after checking out.

Room was spacious and near my destination. The juice wasn't diluted

The room smelled moldy and the fridge was smelly especially the freezer section. The free breakfast was only bread and cheap muffins and biscuits. The yogurt was even past the best by date

Location!!! Pretty quiet! Clean.

Bed was hard...the night staff did not want to give more than 2 towels...there was only 2 towels in the room to begin with. Family of 5.

A bit of a damp smell. Key cards kept failing for us and other visitors in the building.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place was unsafe, and I had to get a different room at a different location. The staff refused to be understanding. I checked in 10 minutes early and had to pay extra to check in early. I wish I had taken pictures but just felt it was best to just leave after speaking with the front desk.

As soon as we walked into the room the smell was horrible. The room wouldn't cool down. The room we were in had been kicked in previously because the door trim was lose and didn't shut securely.
