Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff.

I liked everything about this hotel.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Service and food were exceptional! Went for lunch on Sunday and was the best roast dinner we've ever had. Breakfast was also outstanding. Such a choice and of the highest quality. Service all round was fantastic from the moment we checked in until we checked out the next day. Staff were amazing in all departments. So friendly and highly professional. We could not get over the check in experience. We were escorted into the drawing room where we were offered a glass of champagne or tea or coffee whilst check in was completed. This really stood out for us and was a touch of class. The room was amazing. So modern and spacious. Absolutely beautiful! Bed was so comfy. I could go on and on. Definitely will be staying again! We have stayed in quite a few five star hotels but this really stands out. Definitely a cut above the rest!!! Loved it!!! Thankyou!

Beautiful building, delicious food, absolutely smashing table service by the team (especially Mario) and a massive 'thank you' to Linxy for the education regarding the history of the building; highly recommended for fellow architects, interior designers and architectural historians!

We stayed at The Stock Exchange as a special treat for my husband’s big birthday as attending a concert at Co-op Live. The hotel is stunning and our welcome was exceptional. We arrived at 1pm and our room was ready. We were offered a glass of champagne in a lounge adjacent to the reception where check in was made easy, whilst our bags were taken to the room. All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. Our room was absolutely stunning and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were able to get the tram to co-op live within 5 minutes walk and we actually walked back from the concert to the hotel which saved having to queue for our return tram. Breakfast was lovely and served in the beautiful dining hall. The staff were very attentive at breakfast. Overall a wonderful stay, we will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel, so comfortable and luxurious - with brilliant staff. We loved our 2 nights there. The location is so close to everything.

First class welcome, lovely room & gorgeous food. The staff cannot do enough to ensure your stay is exactly what you want. The basement cocktail bar is quaint, with live music and a lovely atmosphere. We have stayed in numerous Manchester hotels, but this place offers the best overall experience.
