Again these guys deliver! Stayed with the family in late December, concierge perfect as always, tried the breakfast this time which was amazing. Then Deepax arranged us a car for the airport no drama at all Perfect stay from start to finish. It’s very easy to see why these guys are No 1

Excellent Hotel with first class staff who couldn't do enough for you. Room was extremely comfortable and well equipped.

ONLY TWO things - the room was noticeably small and the rain shower was not powerful - the ONLY two things - the rest of the stay was excellent

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew our stay was going to be fabulous. We were met by Deepak on the concierge desk and escorted into the lounge where we had a glass of champagne waiting for the check in team to come and see us. On check in we were taken to our room where our luggage had already been taken to our room for us. The room was larger than I expected and fitted out with high quality furniture. The bathroom had excellent amenities. The bed was so comfy and for someone that doesn’t sleep well, I had a perfect nights sleep. The breakfast was cooked to order and arrived piping hot. It was delicious. The hotel is beautiful but the staff here make it fabulous. My only complaint was that we didn’t stay for more than 1 night. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

Beautiful hotel! This was our favorite hotel in our two week UK adventure. The rooms were really fantastic and the food was great! Highly recommend!

This hotel is fantastic! Room is very well equipped, clean, spacious and the location is great, staff are very helpful. We arrived at 9 A.M from an 8.5 hour flight, requested an early check in and our room was ready. That is service that you do not expect at many hotel chains. They responded through the app, not some Marriott call center in god knows where! I will stay here again for work, vacation or just an overnight stay in Manchester! Way to Go Marriott and the Staff of the Stock exchange hotel! Well done chaps!

excellent location, top amenities and exceptional quality of food! The staff is also friendly and professional. As a suggestion for improvement - perhaps breakfast should already be served starting 7am instead of 08am.

After the check in, I took the lift, walked thru nice corridors, and that’s all I could appreciate the hotel. I didn’t expect a lot of social space but the Sterling bar was closed. The little Resident Lounge is hardly a place you can enjoy. Not to mention a lack of gym. Still, the bathroom is above average. Also, after nearly two weeks, my stay is not added to my Bonvoy points. The efficiency is below expectations.
