Hotel Chataura

The rooms were filthy. Lifted the mattress and it had never been cleaned, finger nails, bugs, disgusting things… the floors were sticky, there was mold and dirt everywhere. The bunk beds looked like they had been slept in, dirty sheet hanging from it, the pillows on the bed had some sort of substance on it, fridge was so gross… we left this hotel immediately. The worst I’ve ever seen. I want a refund we could not even stay here it was so bad. Awful awful awful

Friendly check in. Room was very different than the booking photos. The bathroom was scary had brown smears on the wall peeling bath tub. Looked like moody grout The walls in the room were dirty. Floor was very sticky. Air conditioner didn’t work well and it smelled heavily of marijuana and cigarettes

Food and filth on floor, stained pillows and sheets, bed unmade and room likely wasn’t even cleaned from prior guest, impossibly musty smell, neither TP nor towels stocked. Indifferent employees. When we decided to just eat the cost and leave we got the strange feeling this was normal from the employees shrugs and expression. This is basically a cash scam front for a lodging experience.

It was pretty dirty, I found a cockroach on the bathroom. Super hot inside, no ice machine working, everything bad!

The staff was very friendly

The whole hotel is infested with roaches. The piping is bad the showers flush the toilets do not flush there is scurry of roaches over 30 at a time flowing all around on the floor they forced entry into the room after they was denied they sprayed heavy chemicals in the room while it was occupied with children with severe medical conditions as my breathing disorders, which had triggered an asthma attack

It was recently painted, color easy to locate.
