I really enjoyed my stay — the atmosphere was welcoming and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Although the building is a bit older, everything was well maintained and it made for a very pleasant experience.

Reception bad. Not accommodating our request we already asked before 24 hrs

Nothing. I will tell my company never to use this hotel for their staff and contract workers again.

The carpets were dirty and dusty. The furniture smelled like cigarette smoke. Baseboards and walls are dirty and scuffed up. Severely under staffed. Witnessed on multiple occasions only 1 staff member at the front desk. Heard her talk to a guest on the phone at 8:40 am on Sunday, May 3 saying “How many times are you going to call? I told you I can’t help you, I’m only a front desk staff and I am busy with other customers.” I also tried calling down the front desk twice the night we checked in, both times nobody picked up. I’ve never been so disappointed in a facility. This needs a complete rehaul from basic cleanliness and staff training and hiring. Redo your entire policies and procedures. BTW, my skin is itchy since our stay at your facility. And because of the dust, I’ve had to use my inhalers frequently during my 2 night stay.
