I did not stay too dirty

Staff were super friendly and very informative.

The rooms definitely need updated and steam cleaned, lots of stains, burn marks on the carpet, and the coach was stained.

The only positive aspect of our stay was that the bed linens and towels were clean.

Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained. In our room, parts of the ceiling looked like they could fall down at any moment, which felt unsafe. The carpet was dirty and had a strong urine smell, making the environment very unpleasant. There was also no air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable. We checked in with an emotional support dog, and despite this, we were still charged an extra fee for having a pet, which should not have happened. Additionally, the key cards constantly stopped working, and it was very difficult to access our room, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, the room was far too expensive for its condition.

Breakfast was good.

Bathrooms very small. Windows are drafty. Beds and decor need a bit of improvement. Felt safe. Srmtaff were nice. Convenient location.

The pillows were really bad and the heat not controllable in the room
