Strong and unpleasant smell (adhesive from carpets being replaced in a different area?); room fan was loud with an inconsistent grating sound that interfered with sleep

Room was comfortable, grass yard with sliding door to patio, super nice check in clerk helped us, location was convenient, quiet at night, was good value for the cost.

Construction going on, new rug just installed resulting in strong chemical smell in the hallway (I am sensitive to chemicals), Breakfast could use improvement.

No elevator, ice machine didn’t work, pool was very cold and carpet was being replaced and we had to move around the workers
