Outdoor access door.

Dog barking all night and kids running up and down the hall all hours. Made complaint nothing done, nowhere to take my medical service animal to relieve itself from my room location. There grass areas but they were not accessible from my room, when trying to check out the desk person could not be found.

We went for a college graduation...the hotel needs updates...felt a little run down...breakfast room did not have enough seats....and it was pretty expensive for the quality...i understand it was graduation weekend so prices were jacked up...but still...
