"Wait for the refurb to complete"

Wonderful staff and location. Property is going through a large refurb (THANKFULLY!), but we were still able to use the pool/hot tub and stay without interruption. Breakfast was great! Housekeeping is every other day which isn't ideal...alot of back and fourth for towels and pillows etc. We stayed in room 138 which had a bad odor to it. We had housekeeping come in as soon as we checked in which helped but it returned later that night. Windows wouldn't open (even on 1st floor) so trying to air out the room wasn't an option. We ended up buying air freshener which made it livable for the 3 nights 4 days. I was a 3 star stay with great amenities. Just wait until the refurb is done then it will be fantastic I'm sure!

"Wij willen nog eens terug naar Naples maar dan in een ander hotel."

Naples is een toplocatie, het hotel … daar kan je er veel vinden van deze soort.

De incheck app werkte niet. Dan gebeld met iemand die zei dat ze me niet voort kon helpen, er zou iets met de check in app zijn geweest. Dan aangekomen en willen inchecken… Sinds aug besteld en mailverkeer gedaan dat wij in ons reisgezelschap een rolstoelgebruiker hadden. Dat was geen probleem. Bij het inchecken bleek dit dan wel een probleem te zijn en hebben ze een grote kamer gegeven doch zonder aangepast sanitair voor mindervalide mensen. Spijtig want dan wordt reizen een hele job.
