"Great Naples Location that Needs Updating"

Plus: great location , friendly staff , good breakfast options, safe area , attractive pool and workout area. Needs improvements: Rooms are old and have not been updated to reflect the internet age. One defense is that recent severe tropical storms have taken an extra toll on the property and slowed plans for improvements. Management advises that later in 2025 property will be refurbished and reflect guest expectations for the internet age. Finances: we went in high season and paid accordingly but felt the prices were too high due to the overall marginal room conditions. Remember this is a Marriott property and should reflect its brand. If we return in the future, we’ll expect to see improvements as noted above or will look for another Marriott property in better condition!!

"Cómoda estadía para familias."

La suite de dos dormitorios es muy cómoda para una familia. Las camas son muy confortables. Sirven un buen desayuno que está incluido en el precio y la piscina no es muy grande pero cómoda y muy limpia. La ubicación del hotel es muy práctica tanto para ir a la playa como para recorrer.

El hotel necesita ser renovado y mantenido. Los pisos son alfombrados y las alfombras están viejas, no es muy higiénico. Entiendo que algunos sectores ya están siendo renovados.

The location was good, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room we had (2 bed) was spacious, the beds were comfortable, pillows weren't like rocks! Outside space was lovely, pool and firepit highly recommended

It was a bit dated and could do with a bit of an update
