"HVAC loud"

The in room air conditioner was loud and abrupt. It actually woke several times across my entire stay. Unsettling.

"Wonderful Solo Trip "

It was an amazing stay. This was my first solo trip and I’ve used this hotel before but a NY location. It was wonderful and relaxing. The room service was top notch! I had needed a bag of ice since I have an ankle injury and they brought it up to my room quickly . They are nice and sweet staff! Also I did not know that they have balcony rooms so it was so exciting to get one for my stay !
