Residence Inn by Marriott Little Rock

The studio room is private, quiet, and perfect. Will come again.

My husband and are frequent guests at this property. Unfortunately, our interactions with front desk staff Kesha are disappointing . While we initially chose to overlook the first two incidents, ongoing discourteous, unprofessional, and disrespectful conduct cannot be ignored. My husband is exceptionally calm & patient and avoids conflict whenever possible. For him to feel compelled to escalate this matter reflects how inappropriate the treatment has become. During our most recent check-in with Anthony we requested a late checkout. Kesha called our room in an abrasive, dismissive, and condescending tone, insisting that my husband “get out now” despite the fact that our checkout time was confirmed for 1 pm and this call came at 12:37 pm. When my husband reached out to the manager, Fraz, we were surprised and disappointed to find that he defended Kesha’s disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, going so far as to suggest that the fault lay with my husband for not being “clear enough.” This response not only dismissed our concerns but also reflected poorly on the hotel’s leadership and accountability. As loyal Marriott guests, we hold this brand to a higher standard of hospitality. We genuinely hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective measures are implemented to ensure that guests are treated with the courtesy and professionalism that Marriott is known for. Without improvement, we will be forced to reconsider our loyalty to the property and the brand.

I enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed for our big family with small children. The suite was spacious, clean, and functional. The front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful. The hotel itself looks well taken care of although it could use updating, it looks a bit outdated. But that wasn’t too much of a big deal. Will definitely stay here again

Breakfast was as expected for free. Not fantastic food, but it was hot and plenty of it, and free. But the people serving were very good.

Pillows were flat.

The room was big enough for our large family and the beds were comfortable. Also the front desk staff especially the lady working the front desk was extremely friendly. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court. It was close to everywhere we needed to go.

The shower floor was not too clean and when I went to use a face cloth there was hair all on the towel. Also for breakfast had to wait in a long line to make a waffle as there was only one waffle maker and not enough seats for the amount of people who was at breakfast. There weren't any ice machines. I never stayed at a hotel without ice machines as the ice makers in the freezer didn't make any ice.

Overall we love this hotel. We stay here often. However, this time our room was not up to their excellant standards. The mattress was worn out. There were repairs needed in the room and the shower head was stopped up so it was hard to shower.
