The drapes had a gap and bright light shown through all night

The room was spacious and comfortable. It came with a full kitchen, dishes, a living room area and 2 closets. The price was exceptional! My husband and I would love to come back whenever we need to run away from our kids!

My only hangup was that there were ants coming from the bathroom. That's the only reason I rate it a 9 out of 10. It's not a dislike but more of a recommendation, but if it's possible, I suggest adding more apps/streaming services to the TV. Disney+ for those with families, HBO Max, Hulu, BET+ etc. for adults and couples who just need a reprieve from daily stresses and who want to watch their favorite shows without their little ones all in their face.

Very quiet. Spacious rooms. Rooms being disconnected from front desk area gave more of an apartment living feel.

People were popping fire crackers out side bedroom window. The beds were uncomfortable.

I am an Elite member with Marriott and as such majority of our hotel stays are in one of their properties. We opted to stay at this hotel due to the fact that it was a Marriott property (which implies certain minimum quality standards) and it was conveniently located for our purpose. To start with, the attendant at the front desk was less than pleasant when we checked in. We were given a room on the second floor of Building A and when we entered the building we noticed that the carpets in the hallway were FILTHY and had a strong bad odor - this was the case at the building entrance and the hallways. As for the room - for reasons unknown to us the dishwasher kept beeping constantly - the unit was not running nor was the door open. Then there was the shower / tub - it seemed that the porcelain was cracked (badly) and the tub had started to rust; also it did not appear that the tub had been cleaned. Finally - the carpets in the rooms were once again FILTHY. I went back to the from desk to request an another room and the attendant was arrogant and was less than happy to move us. I insisted that he give us another room preferably in another building (it appears that there are two building in this complex). He reluctantly agreed and gave us a room in Building B - the carpets in the build were dirty but NOT as bad as the ones in Building A and, the room appeared to have been cleaned and the appliance seem to be working. I STRONGLY recommend that people NOT stay at this establishment if they can avoid it, at least until Marriott Management takes action to address the issues and maintains a clean facility.
