The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only issue was they charge for one night stay regardless of when you try to cancel. I consider that a rip off.

i canceled a reservaation which was wrongly in date, and you did not refund for me. I know it's non-refundable, but it's just minute, I foound the date is wrong, and not get refund. it's terrible, terible....

"much needed rest by the Heart Hospital"

breakfast was great. It had everything we needed.

staff telling my brother- that no one tips. Also one day I stayed the front desk clerk was on her phone around the corner of the desk. Not once but twice. IMy mom waited on her for a while before I knocked on counter. Then I came to check out and I recorded her just standing on her phone behind the desk. Wasn't busy in there, she had other things on her mind and it wasn't customer service
