Residence Inn Greenville-Spartanburg Airport

All of the staff provided excellent service!

A/c in the room not working checked in 7:45 pm they said sold out no other rooms and could not fix it ! Fixed at 10 am room was a 76! Gave 2 lousy fans that did not help the sultriness, manager gave an attitude when I said negligence to check the room!

I unfortunately can not recommend this hotel, especially now. It's old, with dark hallways with old worn carpet and doors with paint chipping. It's not what I've come to expect from a Residence Inn. Yes, they are currently under renovation, so it will be better. But this hotel is an old property. There was no fitness center, they send you to a gym down the road. They were banging on the walls and ceiling at 8:01AM. You can do much better for your money. I hope it improves when the renovations are done.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The space was perfect for us and we were packing for nothing. The staff, especially the cook were extremely personable. The food was amazing.

I wish I knew there was Major construction going on BEFORE I booked. I routinely stay in Residence Inn's from the Midwest to the East coast, because of their excellent everything. Just to be clear, the construction noise from approx 8am to 10pm is my only complaint.

I am a Marriott Titanium member which means I stay in Marriott hotels over 100 nights a year. I have never stayed at this property before and NEVER will again. I am traveling to Greenville on business and this property is undergoing renovation. I was trying to make business calls this afternoon and the construction crew was banging on the rooms next to me. I called the front desk and asked to speak to the GM. Jasmin, GM, picked up the phone and was TOTALLY not interested in me not being able to make business calls uninterrupted. Customer service is an OXYMORON to Jasmin, GM, at this property. My recommendation for anyone reading this review is to NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!

Noisy ac units. The hotel is under construction. It needs a lot of work. Doors are loud closing. Floors are thin. Front desk person would not apply Marriott points. Be careful choosing this property. I stay at a lot of hotels. This one’s pretty bad.

This hotel is one of the best I have been too, as far as business hotels go! Water is hot, great water pressure, beds are comfy (always are with Marriott though) the area is safe, and staff is incredibly nice. I travel often and stay in a lot of these types of hotels, and this is by far the best even for residence inn’s. Coffee is always ready by 5am, and the suites are spacious with full refrigerators. I like luxury when traveling for personal stays, but I may try another one of these when I travel with family, it is truly a great hotel!
