Customer service overall was great.

Toilet was clogged, problem was water valve was turned off. FD clerk was very attentive and took care of the issue. Constant eyesore coming in/out seeing old food plate/tray and other trash sitting on the floor near another guest room door.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable

Nice room, close to aiport. Maps gave me the run around be for I saw the nondescript entrance sign. People came into room above us around 10PM, noise woke me up and i heard a dog bark once then quite for the rest of the night.

Property was clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful. The sink in my room was backed up and almost unusable and the toilet would rock when sitting on it.

Would have been a higher rated review, but the uncleanliness of the sofa bed was unacceptable.

Having a kitchen in a room is good

The breakfast was good--standard fare for a complemenary breakfast. I really liked the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable.

I requested room service in the morning before we left and was told it would be done that morning. We retuned in the late afternoon. Two housekeepers were chatting outside of our room and the room had not been cleaned. The housekeeper offered to clean our room then, but I was not feeling well and needed to lay down. I requested towels. The housekeeper was quite apologetic and even wrote a note of apology which was appreciated.

Although the property was under construction it was still very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
