"A very pleasant experience."

Room was clean, met our expectations promised on the wbsite. Staff were highly friendly. Good breakfast. Our requests were accommodated. Parking is very convenient.

We have never had a residence in charge us for pets. If you check amenities in the filters on hotels.com it comes up as pet friendly. You get to the hotel and you find out you get a fee almost as much as the room. I can get on board for a deposit that can be refunded but a charge - I am paying for someone else’s problem pet or cleaning fees. We have reached out to the manager but she is never at work and never returns calls. Just a surprise charge on the bill. $150.

"Staff, room and facilites very good. No GF food provided and Management response very poor, never us"

Breakfast very poor. We mentioned to Booking.com and the hotel we needed GF food - I am Ceoliac and react to Wheat. This was on the booking form. Stayed 13 nights and could eat very little from the breakfast buffet. No GF bread, oatmeal, pastries, waffles, etc all not GF. Asked them to buy GF bread - the manager said not possible. We walked across the roas to the HEB store - 5 min walk - and had to buy our own bread. There was very dry scrambled egg every day - no bacon, sausages and patties were not GF. So disappointing.

Some food we could eat!
