"Une nuit en famille à Palm Beach"

La piscine est très agréable, propre et facilement accessible. Le parking est inclus et il y a une laverie fonctionnelle. Michelle à l’accueil était adorable. Nous n’y sommes passé qu’unr nuit en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) mais c’est très confortable pour un +long séjour (chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée côté cuisine).

"Great staff"

The staff ( Ms. Michelle ) were all great and very accommodating. The breakfast had good options for anyone looking for a quick meal before getting on the road. The hotel itself is the reason for 3 stars as it is in dire need of repairs. The rooms were spacious but they were worn out. Then I had to pay to park at their location. Overall, for the price and a quick night stay, it was ok.

"If you are relaying on the sofa bed to sleep on, you’re better off getting a room with two regular queen beds or a diffe"

The breakfast was great.

The pull out sofa was so uncomfortable and dangerous for my small children. The front desk was no help with helping us get a different room without that issue so we had to put that 1 inch high mattress on the floor. There was also a disgusting smell coming from the front door.

"Great staff"

Stayed 3/1/26 - 3/9. Front Desk staff named Ronniece was so helpful, friendly, professional every single day. She always offered her assistance without us asking and recognized us with a warm hello and asking us if we needed anything or if she could help in any way.
