Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach

The hotel was clean all the staff weee friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned about the quality of my visit. Special recognition to Adam the over night clerk who made me feel welcomed at even coming in at 4am. The beds were more comfortable than I expected. The do need to invest in a larger TV.

This hotels strength is its superior staff. Throughout the several days I stayed here there was always a smiling face behind the counter that was quick to help out and answer questions. Definitely some of the most friendly and courteous employees.

Good location, Walmart, gas station, and Interstate all close by. Rooms were clean and had bowl, plates, cups, and utensils. Atmosphere was great with stylish furniture and good lighting. Service was great, front desk was able to help us with anything we needed. No noise complaints, walls had good insulation so we didn't hear our neighbors and they didn't hear us. Amenities were good, breakfast in the lobby, pool and outside fire pit. Good value for the quality of the room

Very friendly staff. Had to get up super early for a flight and the gentleman working the counter - Adam - was very helpful checking me out and making sure the kitchen had some items for me to take, despite breakfast not being officially ready for another hour.
