Residence Inn by Marriott Bloomington by Mall of America

The 2-bedroom suites were perfect for our family. The fireplace was a nice touch.

Even though the rooms were booked months ahead of time, Marriott chose not to inform us that the pool had been closed (one of the reasons we chose this hotel). They also charged for nightly parking.

The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. We were surprised to get a two bedroom-two-bathroom suite for an affordable price. Our daughter's flight came in at 11:30pm and they offered shuttle service for airport pickup for that time. The shuttle driver went home sick however the front desk staff immediately called a Lyft and she was picked up at the airport without a hitch! Complimentary breakfast was great!!! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the airport area.

Dirty room, trash left outside the doors because of poor housekeeping

Nice rooms for a great price. I’ve stayed at places for almost twice the cost of this place and it wasn’t nearly as comfortable. Two thumbs up

Hotel is clean and quiet. We needed a two bedroom suite, it was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. The pool was not operational but guests were allowed to go to the sister hotel next door and use theirs (we did not do this however). Price was reasonable.

Quite and essy transportation

Check in was easy, lovely lady at the front desk was efficient, helpful and kind. Loved that it felt warm and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed, did not hear others staying or outdoor noise. Also liked that we could walk to next door Hotel and eat at Outback restaurant. Even in the Winter the walk was was not bad. Nice selection for included breakfast.

My only disappointment was pool was closed. Had child along and was looking forward to using the pool. Unfortunately did not find this out until we located the pool and there was a sign on the door.
