Residence Inn Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

Some kind of work crew not wearing masks in the lobby/restaurant , mask rule not enforced. Regular breakfast was scant that day. Studio Room nice, with great table for working, which is why i go there.

The property was great I enjoyed my I’ve stayed at other hotels I like this one so far I will be returning

I am very upset that no where did it state there was a 100 dollar pet fee for a night. I would never have booked a room for that price. Very disappointing!

Greg was amazing!!!! Going through remodel but got me access to gym at sister property.

This property is tired, and I think they're trying to make improvements to the place -- it was so frustrating NOT having instructions about the parking lot construction, how to get in/out of the hotel efficiently and safely, etc. I called the front desk as I approached The Cities, but the staff didn't prep or warn me. Once inside, the staff was decent and friendly -- they're trying to be safe and accommodating, but the facility needs an updating, and the things within their control now -- instructions to enter the hotel, convenient parking, etc., could all be enhanced sooner-than-later.

Checked in at 8:21pm and checked out at 8:32pm . Terrible place to stay.My room smelled terrible and the door was unlocked when I got to it , so I asked for a different room which they did not have so I checked out. Complete waist of my time.

The property was under construction so the pool area was not available. No notice of this when we booked. So we left and stayed elsewhere. Now on hold with Expedia for 2 hours waiting to talk to someone about a refund.

Property was clean and staff were pleasant. We did experience issue with fire alarm going off twice one night. We received no contact or update from staff with alarm expectations. At time of first alarm, a woman (unknown if staff or guest) was running up and down our hallway screaming if everyone was okay. At same time, person in to us commented on this as regular occurrence. She appeared to be a long term resident at hotel. Alarm stopped after several minutes only to go off again within the hour. This same evening we had issue with other guests being exceptionally loud, with disregard for other guests, and slamming doors multiple times. We were unable to reach front desk and eventually gave up. Aside from those issues we had a good experience with our stay.
