First time visiting New Orleans and what can I say enjoyed my stay in this prestigious residence.
Having a kitchen for cooking was nice. Not having sufficient utensil such as baking pan was an inconvenience.

Great place
While this stay had a few bumps..i would like to say the staff was very nice and helpful. Whoever is the owner of this property they should be ashamed and Marriott should not allow their name on a property that is is terrible condition. The property is not well kept and needs to be deep cleaned, remodeled and a room smoking fee of 250 assessed if guests smoke in the room.
USI didn't actually stay there so I won't comment on that. I made the reservation at the last minute because our power was out at our house and we weren't sure when it would be turned back on. The temperatures were almost 100 degrees.
Our power came back on right before we were preparing to head to the property, so I called and asked if there was any way they would approve a refund due to the circumstances. They said they would, but then didn't follow through on their promise.
