It was a great place to stay.
My family of 6 stayed here for three nights while visiting the area. The staff is amazing and the property is amazing. If you have a larger family book the suite it’s worth the space. The activity area will keep the kids busy and out of your hair during travel downtime
It was amazing re: cleanliness and convenience. It was a little understaffed in the evening and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Except for this I would have given it an excellent.
The suite room was great.
USI liked the grits and grated cheese at breakfast. Your breakfast staff and reception people were very pleasant and eager to help. The studio was homey and large and felt just like home. The plentiful parking is very important to me since I always rent a car.
Beignets would have been nice. Maybe they were there, and I overlooked. Bananas Foster would been a nice touch.
4 star only because I book it with $5 more per night for drink package but never get it. I talk to the front desk and they said they never offer it. 😳
