David at the front desk greeting me as I came in, show me where my room was on the chart, explain what time breakfast was served. Overall, David was an excellent employee for the hotel.

There were mice in our room. Had to be moved from room 117 to 123 then finally up to 217. Disgusting!

Hotel had an unloved feel. Older carpet and furnishings and not the cleanest. Garbage smell from disposal, when we entered the room. Bed sheets smelled. On the positive side, staff was friendly and hotel did offer complimentary breakfast. Office park environment, so it offered a quiet night's sleep.
