USPerfectly nestled near my work in case of bad weather this place is clean, quiet, and safe.
It was fine
We stayed Saturday and Sunday night for a nearby event. I was surprised when we checked in that the hotel is actually three different non-connected buildings. We were told that to use the pool, exercise room, or to get breakfast, we were going to have to walk outside from the building our room was in. Outdoor temperatures that weekend were in the low teens and single digits, so that made the pool inaccessible for my kids. Our room, a 2-BR suite, was spacious, but chilly upon entering. Thinking it was no problem, we cranked up the heat and the fireplace and left for our event. We came back to the room absolutely freezing, as the vents blew nothing but cold air. Unable to sleep in the frigid temperatures of the bedrooms, we huddled in the main room where the fireplace got us minimal heat throughout the night. The facility engineer came about 10:30am the next day and had the heat working in short order. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was warm the rest of the day, but when we woke up Monday morning, it was freezing again, as the heat turned off and the system was blowing cold air all night. When I reported this to the front desk, we were told that there was no one working at the time that could fix it. Other notables - the dishes and glass wear in our room was all disgustingly smudged with fingerprints and towel marks where they had clearly been wiped out with a dirty rag. Breakfast was very mediocre but there was a nice selection of things to choose from. Kids had waffles and were happy with them. Despite the negatives, the staff we worked with were very friendly and tried to be accommodating. All of the front desk, housekeepers, breakfast attendants, and the engineer had great attitudes and were warm and hospitable. The shower in our room was pretty good. Overall, although this place is very worn in places, it was generally clean and inviting.
USThe hotel is comfortable I enjoyed the large rooms. I wasn't a huge fan of having to leave out hotel to go to the pool when I booked I wasn't aware that the lobby was seperate from that would have played alot of consideration in rather to book here or not. Upon arrival the front desk receptionist was fairly froendly. The breakfast was ok nothing special I was honestly disappointed in the things they offered minus the waffles and fresh fruit. The breakfast staff on the other hand never spoke not once. No warm welcome, no good morning just nothing

We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the stay.
As a Titanium Elite member who stays at Marriott properties for over 200 nights annually, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. Despite my loyalty to the Marriott brand, I felt undervalued and ignored during my stay and with questions over future reservations at this location. When assistance was needed, staff were unhelpful and dismissive. I do not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, especially those who value attentive service and recognition of their loyalty.
