Residence Inn Detroit / Auburn Hills

The staff was very warm and welcoming, made us feel at home. The facility and room was clean. The only remark that I wish to make is that it may be time soon to update the rooms.

Out on exit with various subpar Marriott properties and nothing much around. Would not select again

We had a wonderful first night. No issues with our check-in, the front desk clerk was very attentive. However, unfortunately, our second night was much less enjoyable due to the noise from the room above. It sounded like rolling thunder as children were jumping off the bed, running around, and yelling, which disturbed the peace. On our check-out day, we were woken up at 6:00 am by the same noise, but thankfully, we were leaving that morning. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, this issue significantly impacted our overall experience.

Walked into the door way to go to my room and was a very strong smell of pee and poop of an animal. Pool had hair all around it and in it

I like that they have a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen . Save us money since we can just cook instead of eating out . Place was clean .
