"it sucked couldn’t get help. I didn’t get accommodated because the manager wasn’t there."

The location was good.

When I got there, the place was not clean at all. The dishes were dirty. There were food in the refrigerator. The heat only came on in one room. There were makeup smudge on the white sheets the smoke detector in one room was literally hanging off the toilet seat in the other room was literally hanging off. We could not swim because we spent two hours disinfecting a place when we did swim, the pool was real dirty. It needed to be clean and it was also cold. It could have been a little warmer. They did not have any more. Hotels to switch us in there were no towels the couch bed smelled like throw up they did not clean. The manager was not there the whole entire time I tried to talk to her because I felt like we should have gotten the first day with no charge because the second day the cleaning crew came in and the maintenance man came in and tidied and fixed everything up, except the heat.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. First, the pool was closed, which was not mentioned when booking. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of accessibility. The handicap door system was not working, making it extremely difficult to get in and out of the property with my cane and suitcase. Additionally, despite clearly using a walking cane, I was assigned a room that was the farthest from the front desk. When I asked if it was near the elevator, the front desk agent assured me it was—but that turned out to be untrue. My room was actually three hallways away, making it unnecessarily challenging for someone with mobility issues. The maintenance of the property also needs serious attention. My room had a door missing a screw, the utensil drawer wouldn’t even open, and when I was checking out, the deadbolt wouldn’t retract, leaving the door stuck open. I had to call the front desk to inform them that the room couldn’t be secured and that maintenance needed to address it immediately. Breakfast was very basic with limited variety, nothing impressive. Overall, the hotel has a lot of maintenance and service issues that need to be addressed. The front desk staff should be more attentive to guests’ needs, especially when it comes to accessibility. I travel frequently and stay at many hotels, and unfortunately, this one falls below expectations. I’m giving it an 1.5 out of 5, and that’s being generous.

I did not get the double sofa bed as advertised. It was 4 of us …. The pool water was dirty , you couldn’t even see through the water . We didn’t get in but others didn’t care , oh well !!!

For some unknown insensible reason they initially gave me a room without heating. It was 61 degrees in the room with a small space heater. I returned to the lobby and told them about it and they said yes they acknowledged that some rooms don’t have working heat. I asked if they had rooms with working heat and they said yes. They finally switched my room to one with heat. Why would they give me a room without heating if they had rooms with working heat?

The hotel was good but the front desk barely had staff had to search for the ice machine pool was broken we had to run across the street to a different hotel and that pool was freezing temperature because the heating wasn’t working the morning breakfast was good though
