Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Foxborough

I really enjoy sitting at a sofa at night to watch television. The refrigerator, microwave are a plus. We only had one problem which was our thermostat did not work and we didn't get any response to fix it. We checked out and still not have it fixed. It could have been just a battery. Other than that we love this hotel and stay every time we come to the area

The staff were extremely helpful and kind! Breakfast was delicious! Walls are thin so a little loud. Didn’t bother me but may bother others. I’d stay again. Thank you

The hotel floor that we stayed on smelled of sewage. There were spray bottles of sanitizer obviously trying to mask the smell, but it wasn’t working. We couldn’t sleep since the smell permeated into our room. Expected much more considering the price of the room, and have stayed there multiple times in the past with no issues. Very disappointed.

Good location to Gilette

The pull out couch had stains. The notice on the door said check out was 12 o’clock amd the maid knocked on the door at 9 AM. We were not even awake and she told us we needed to checkout.

Staff was very nice as was the outside area. Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarettes.

Staff is friendly. Our 2 bedroom was immaculate. But... the hallway rugs smell. I would suggest having an impartial individual walk the halls and gather imput.

We have stayed here before and knew that the pool was closed but had no idea the amount of construction going on. Yesterday it sounded drs like they were rebuilding the entire room right above my head with hammers and saws and drills and banging until 6 pm. This morning the noise started before 8.

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and professional staff

Never checked in because the reservation was for the wrong date and I didn't realize it until I received an email receipt for a room I never stayed in.
