the room size was good, good staff

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool and with no advanced notice we arrive and the pool is closed. Our kids were looking forward to it on those couple hot days. The breakfast was OK.

Convenient to where I had to go, Clean and friendly staff.

I asked for room close to the elevator due to being with someone who is disabled and on crutches and was given a room that we had to walk down a long hallway then turn to go down another hallway and rooms were on the very end of that hallway by the stairs. Instead of charging the full amount of $668.67 for 2 rooms I was told they had to do the room individually which was a lot more, by $53.00 and was told this was for incidental cost and it will be returned to card within 5 business days.
