"Great Stay in Waco"

We were able to check in early by being a Bonvoy Member. The welcome gift was a nice gesture. The front desk staff were all very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice and had towels available for use.

The hotel was fine. It was clean. I was put next to the elevator which was very loud especially at night. The AC unit was loud also. I noticed it didn't get cool in the room the second night. I think being in a different room would have been fine.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and the management added some nice touches with a welcome bag. It was pouring rain during our stay, so we didn’t walk to attractions, but we could have. The hotel is in a good location.

This property looks so dingy when you walk in to check in. It looks old and smells. The room was okay, but we sure didn't walk on the carpet barefoot. One of us slept on the sofa bed (not pulled out) and it really was stinky. Won't stay here again.

"We enjoyed it very much"

Breakfast was a bit disappointing hot food was good. Bacon very greasy. Limited supply of danish,etc. Juice machine out of order. Only oranges. Could use uplifting dining area. Location was fabulous. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.
